Yes, the CVA Cascade 7mm 5/8x24 Muzzle Brake will be compatible with your CVA Cascade as long as your barrel is threaded 5/8x24.

I know the threads are 5/8×24 but will it work with a 300 blk out

The CVA Cascade 7mm 5/8x24 Muzzle Brake is designed for 7mm Rem Mag which has a bullet diameter of 0.284". This means while the thread pitch will match a 300 Blackout rifle, the bore diameter of the muzzle device is not large enough to accommodate 300 Blackout. 300 Blackout will be compatible with .308 muzzle devices that use 5/8x24 threads.
