I can answer my own question here after calling DD. 100% compatible. Just slap it on. It's mil-spec.

Yes. The Daniel Defense DDM4 300 S, URG, 10.3in, 300 AAC Blackout Complete Upper Receiver is threaded 5/8x24 and includes a removable flash hider.

Does this include the bolt charger? The description makes no mention of it.

If your question is in reference to the charging handle, per the manufacturer website description it includes the Grip and Rip version. If on the other hand your asking about the bolt carrier group, per the manufacturer website description then it too is included as an M16 profile mil spec BCG. Both are excellent components from the manufacturer albeit the CH has been reported as quirky for some. I’ve had zero issue with either.

What is the barrel attachment thread pattern for this particular barrel? I need to know before purchasing a new sico mount.

The barrel is threaded in 5/8x24 and should fit just about all 5/8x24 muzzle devices.

Yes it will. I replaced my MK18 complete upper with the 300S complete upper and it did not miss a step.
