The Daniel Defense MFR XL Rail Systems are not listed as being compatible by Adams Arms. I recommend contacting Adams Arms to confirm compatibility.

For the 10" version, DD lists the rail length as 10.38"

Will this fit over a Chimera 300 supressor? The chimera is listed at 1.6" OD and this rail is 1.61" ID.

Daniel Defense has desribed this rail as 1.62" internal diameter designed for use with supressor. It should work but may be a tight fit.

No it will not, the diameter on the Trash Panda is 1.75" while the internal diameter on this handguard is 1.61"

Is the MFR XL designed for .308 caliber rifles?

It is not meant for AR-10 platforms. It is an AR-15 handguard meant for AR mil spec upper receivers. The "XL" just means that it is a larger diameter.
