does the DFA folding MCS come with a stock or brace like the SCW does?

No. The Dead Foot Arms Modified Cycle System 9mm Bolt Carrier Group w/Right Side Folding Stock Adapter will include the BCG, Buffer spring and recoil spring, plunger, buffer tube with guide rod and endcap, and the folding block assembly. The DFA T-Rex 5 position collapsible stock is sold separately.
