probably not. chrome lined barrel is an costly upgrade. if it were chrome lined it would be advertised so. Not Chrome Lined.

This is an A3/A4 upper. A1 and A2 had fixed carry handles.

Forgive me if this is a stupid question but What exactly is “pre-ban” about this? Was it assembled as a machine gun at one point? M16 LPK?

The Barrel is threaded "not crowned" and it also has a Bayonet Lug on the Front Sight Base.
It is new and has never been owned, only test fired at our manufacturing facility for function.
