Unfortunately, we do not currently carry the Gold DELTAC Extended Steel Slide Release Lever. However, we do carry the Centennial Defense Systems Stainless Steel Extended Slide Lock Lever for the Glock 43 in Tin, which can be found by using the link below:

What does this actually look like on the firearm itself? How does it attach to the stock slide catch and do you need adhesive to install it?

It looks pretty much like your existing takedown/slide release lever, except slightly wider (extended).

Adhesive is not required, it is held in place by the same method as your existing takedown//slide release lever.
