Will this fit and work on the Ruger PC 9mm using glock 10rd mags?

The DeSantis Storm Packer Magazine Pouch was designed specifically for the Beretta CX4 Storm in 9mm/.40. It may be able to fit your PC Charger, however, you may have to modify it slightly to get a tight fit to your stock (If you have a stock/brace equipped).

No, it is designed specifically for the 9/40 models of the Beretta CX4 Storm.
