2 questions. Does the ammo carrier hold 12 or 20 gauge - specs not clear. Will the case accommodate a shockwave with side saddle 5 round ammo holder?

The DeSantis Kurz Shotgun Case (MPN:A88NJG2Z0) will accommodate your Shockwave however the side saddle may interfere. The shell carrier can accommodate 12/20 gauge ammunition.

will it fit with a Sreamlight flashlight forearm?

The DeSantis Kurz Shotgun Case may not provide enough width to accommodate a streamlight forearm on your shotgun. Unfortunately, DeSantis does not provide the internal dimensions in order to confirm fitment. I would recommend reaching out to them directly for more information.

What is the length of this case? I am looking at it for a Rossi 12 ga. side by side coach gun with 20" tubes.

The DeSantis Kurz Shotgun Case is designed for 14" pump action firearms in 12, 20, and .410 gauge. Specifically the Mossberg 590 Shockwave, Remington 870 Tac-14, and Henry Lever Action Axe .410.
