The DeSantis Speed Scabbard Leather OWB Belt Holsters - Glock model for the Glock 23 should work with a red dot mounted as well.

Yes it does appear that this will fit your Sig 229R, but I don't think it will fit with the red dot attached however.

Does the speed scabbard do for a 1911 4.25 Colt Commander ?
