Will this fit a FN 509 tactical with a burris fastfire 3 optic ?

This holster is not listed as being red dot compatible by the manufacturer and we are not able to confirm fitment or compatibility with an optic mounted.

Does this holster fit FN 5.7 MK2

The USG models will accommodate the Mk2. The Mk2 is thicker than the original models of 5.7 so it may be a tight fit, but will fit.

IOM is "Individual Officer's Model" and is the earlier generation of the FN 5.7

Will the Desantis Thumb Break Scabbard fit an FNX 45 Tactical without a light?

Yes, the FNP-45 4 1/2 in. would be compatible with an FNX 45 Tactical with no accessories mounted on the bottom rail.
