Will this fit a Springfield Hellcat 3"? I have seen other holsters online that fit both the Glock 43/43x and the Hellcat 3".

DeSantis does not offer the Viper 2.0 holster at this time to accommodate a S/A Hellcat 3”. The S/A Hellcat fits into it own size holsters. We do not fit it into holsters made to accommodate the Glock 43/43X. Thanks for the question.

will adapt to a 5 " barrel ?

No, unfortunately this holster will not accommodate a 5" barrel.
