Unfortunately there is not a Devil Dog Concepts Hard Charger Tactical (HCT) for an AR10 currently.

Will this work on an Aero M4E1 upper. A customer is stating that is does not work for that upper, i have that upper and need to know before I purchase

There is nothing specifically showing that this product will not work with an Aero M4E1 Upper. The M4E1 does have different angles than a standard upper so that is possible. best thing to do would be to contact Devil Dog Concepts.

Do they sell these in right hand charge or if any body has this how hard would it be to flip it to the right side?

This is a left hand charge only and can not be flipped. I can not find anything similar on the right side except modified upper receivers and bolt carriers which have a charging handle connected to the bolt.
