I seen a video on YouTube and the guy had a palmetto state AR and he had his red dot and flip up sights mounted with the tactical version. He said he has all three and the one in the middle was the one in the video with the attachments you asked. I just ordered based off that because I want to also use my sights and red dot.

The video states in the first 10 seconds that this HCT (Hard Charger Tactical) is designed to be mounted in the 3rd slot to leave the 1&2 open and available for BUIS or electronic optic (RMR, Burris Venom, or similar size, etc…). So to answer the question, the correct model your looking for is the HCT.
