This DNZ Products Winchester XPR-Long action will fit a long action Winchester XPR and any rifle scope with a 1" tube. Height of mounts from top of receiver to centerline of scope tube is – low .92″, medium 1.05″, and high 1.17″.

Yes. The DNZ Products Winchester XPR-Long action mount will work with all long action XPR rifles such as yours in 30-06. There are different height options as well depending on the scope you plan to mount. Ensure you select the correct height in accordance with your objective lens size. Will this medium height mount fit Winchesters xpr 350 legend compact model ?

No. The DNZ Products Winchester XPR-Long action mount is for long action XPR rifles. 350 Legend is a short action cartridge. I would recommend using a base picatinny rail then using scope rings to attach your scope. The rail mount can be found using the following link:
