Can a bipod, sling stud or accessory rail be mounted? Are the slots compatible with M lock?

The DoubleStar National Match Free Float Standard Handguard is not M-LOK compatible or compatible with any accessories such as bipods, picatinny rails etc.

No. The DoubleStar National Match Free Float Standard Handguard will not work because of the barrel nut size difference between the AR-10 and AR-15, the handguards and rail systems are not interchangeable. I would recommend using the M5 handguard found using the following link

When the handguard is installed there are no slots that are oriented at 12 and 6 o'clock. How do you mount a bipod on this handguard?

The DoubleStar National Match Free Float Standard Handguard has vents at the end of the handguard that are not timed. Depending on your rifle the vents in the rail could line up just right and you would be able to use a Harris bipod adapter. However, since it is not timed, it may not line up that way for you.

No. This DoubleStar National Match Free Float Standard Handguard AR415 is designed for the AR15 platform and not the DPMS AR10 platform. You would need a high profile DPMS rail system. I will link a category of compatible rails below:
