The DPM Recoil Reduction System for Sig Sauer P-365 should work with the Sig P365 X Macro Comp.

No, it will not work with that set up. You need the larger rod assembly for integrated comps, even with the 3.1 in barrel. You will need the rod for the 3.7 in barrel to make up for the gap.
