Short External Spring: 4kgs / 8.6 lbs

Long External Spring: 4,2kgs / 9.25Lbs

Slide full open position Total Power: 25lbs
These numbers are average depending on the kind/weight of the ammo you shoot.
put one spring on and shoot about 200 rounds with it then replace the spring and shoot another 200 rounds until you find the set up you like. Make sure you shoot the Exact same ammo with all of them

Yes, this DPM Recoil Rod Reducer System is compatible with the Sig Sauer P226 and P226 Legion. The system includes 2 different spring plugs and 3 different external springs. The long spring plug is offering a heavier buffer effect and the short spring plug offers a lighter buffer effect (slide full open position).
