Hi Brian, it the frame is only modification then yes it will fit, if you have (or plan to) to install any comp or similar mod, then we suggest the soft system MS-SI/31

What DPM recoil reduction system is recommended for a Sig 365XL with a threaded barrel and Herrington Arms compensator?

This DPM recoil system (MPN:MS-SI/26) is the correct recoil system for a P365XL and will function as intended with a compensator as well. With the included recoil springs, you can fine tune the recoil system to your specific setup and allow for optimal functionality.
