No, this cannot be reversed as the hole pattern is different for the front and rear pairs of screw holes.

Will the M77 short action work on a Ruger Gunsite Scout?

EGW only lists the Short Action Ruger M77 mount as compatible with the Ruger M77 Short Action and Ruger Hawkeye Short Action. I would recommend using the XS Sight Systems Long Rail with Ghost Ring for Ruger GunSite Scout Rifle, found by using the link below:

These Evolution Gun Works Picatinny Scope Mount, Ruger models will not work with a Browning A Bolt. You will need the long action A-Bolt model at the link below.

Yes, all of our scope mounts true Picatinny and have .206" cross slots. They are compatible with Weaver and Picatinny rings and mounts.

When mounts reference MOA, it means there is that much "tilt" built into the mount. So when you put an optic on a 20 MOA rail / mount it is physically pointed / angled upward a bit compared to 0 MOA. This is helpful for optics with limited adjustment range, or for longer distance setups.
