Do you have a model that would work with a CZ 75 SP-01 with a light attached?

Yes. The Elite Survival Systems Tactical Thigh Holster Systems w/ Light will fit your CZ SP-01. You would need to use the holsters that fit the Beretta 92 as they are compatible with the FN 5.7; Taurus 92/99/100; Springfield Armory XD 5"; 1911'S and most 5" large frame autos.

It is a holster, that will fit the specified firearms with light attachments. There is not a light included.
