No, there is no commercially available red dot or holographic sight that withstand an EMP.

This is not actual night vision, what makes it night vision compatible is the brightness setting take it low enough to look through with a night vision device.

Please consult the instruction manual, on the rear, you hold down the arrow buttons down at the same time and it will power on and off.
