The EOtech HWS sights require CR123A Batteries (1). Trijicon offers Fiber Optic Illuminated Sights that only require daylight.

Does this EOTech include their No BS Lifetime Warranty?

The EOTech No BS Lifetime Warranty does not apply to EOTech Products that are not in their Vudu Line of products. The EOTech Transverse EXPS2 Holographic Weapon Sight is covered under the EOTech standard two year warranty.

what is the difference between a Transverse and a non transverse EO tech

The EOTech Transverse EXPS2 Holographic Weapon Sight uses a CR123 battery which sits across the optic making it more compact compared to the 500 Series that have the AA batteries sit long ways with the optic. The EXPS and XPS models are all Transverse models.

The EOTech Transverse EXPS2 Holographic Weapon Sight sits at a lower 1/3 co-witness height. The lawsuit only covered optics manufactured between Jan. 1, 2005 and Nov. 1, 2016.

This EOTech Transverse EXPS2 Holographic Weapon Sight uses the 68 MOA Ring with 1 MOA Dot reticle.
