The 34mm Medium is listed as wrong height.. I would order but I don't want High Rings.

The Evolution Gun Works Keystone Series Scope Ring Set 34mm models have the following heights. Low is .990", Medium is 1.275" and Extra High is 1.5"

Can these handle high power recoil of a .308?

Yes, as long as they are properly installed, the Evolution Gun Works Keystone Series Scope Ring Set will not have issues mounted to a .308 rifle.

Is the keystone 0.99 ring height code no. KK-RR-KSSRS1-62101 for a 30mm or 1" tube because it says both?

That code is for that ring height in two different tube diameter sizes.
