Yes, the Crimson Trace CTS-1550 is compatible with Deltapoint Pro adapter plates.

Will this mount work for mounting a Sig Romeo 1 on a Springfield XD-M Elite (with the threaded barrel)?

No. The Sig Romeo 1 uses a proprietary mounting footprint. The Romeo 1 PRO uses the Leupold Deltapoint Pro mounting footprint and would work. Unfortunately, we do not currently carry a mount that would allow you to install a Romeo 1 to your Springfield.

Yes. This Evolution Gun Works Leupold DeltaPoint Pro Sight Mount all XD and XDM models that are not optics ready including your 4.5", 10mm XDM.

Yes. The Evolution Gun Works Leupold DeltaPoint Pro Sight Mount will fit all Springfield XD and XDM model handguns that are not optics ready.
