Will the mag carrier work with a 6.5 Grendel magazine?

It is compatible with standard AR-15 magazines, so if you are using magazines that use the same dimensional specifications as a standard AR magazine then yes.

IS THIS BRACE COMPATABLE WITH THE IO AR-15 Pistol, 223/5.56?

This is a buttstock and NOT a pistol brace. This is meant to go on a full size 16 inch barreled AR that has an adjustable carbine buffer tube and will NOT work with a pistol buffer tube.
