Will this work on commercial lowers? I see that people are having problems with the fit and are having to Dremel? — 2 Answers

These magazine well grips are meant specifically for mil-spec lower receivers that are standard forged lowers. It is not guaranteed to work with billet lowers or lower receivers that differ from a standard mil-spec lower with no flared magazine well.

On a Diamondback, this fit flawlessly. On an ATI Omni we had to dremel the mess out of it bit it still has the original design from looking at it. Since the ATI's mag well is so flared and the trigger guard has a weird dip down you really have to shave down the back support screw casing but it came out flawless, just take your time with shaving and cutting. We used the lower receiver for reference so we wouldn't have to keep going back and forth from our work bench to the safe.
