Yes it should, it is compatible with stamped receiver AK-47/AKM/AK-74 Variants and after-market sized M4 collapsible buttstocks.

It does NOT fit the NMH-90 Chinese Norinco. I originally posted the question. I bought this product and tried it. I was told that it just needed to file off some material. That's fine because my Magpul handguard needed filing down to fit my Norinco. But this FAB Defense is cool but it doesn't fit. I asked to return it and opticsplanet gave me a refund.
