Front Panel: 38cm/16 inch x 35cm/14 Inch
Side Panels: 20cm/8 inch x 18cm/7 Inch
Back Panel: 42cm/16.5 Inch x 32cm/12.5 Inch

Yes it has half-side panels. Basically covers your side, starting at halfway point of ribcage downward to hip bone

He says 3A which is rifle rounds. .308 I believe
