Yes, the FAB Defense R.A.P.S - Rapid Adjustment Precision Stock will work with the VLTOR A5 six position buffer tube. That buffer tube accepts Mil-Spec compatible adjustable stocks.

Does the cheek rest interfere with the charging handle?

If you have it extended beyond the first 2 positions, then no. If you have it snugged all the way up the buffer tube, then yes. This seems to be geared more for DMR/SPR applications and taller mounted optics. For the most part people aren't going to run their stocks fully collapsed.
