If you have a picatinny rail on the forend or a way to attach a picatinny rail on the forend, yes it will work as this vertical grip has a picatinny attachment point.

Sorry but this will not work on an M-Loc. you'd need an adapter

Will this grip fit onto/work on a Mossberg 500 ATI tactical?

The FAB Defense Rubber Overmolded Ergonomic Foregrip mounts to picatinny rail. So it will not mount to a Mossberg 500 ATI Tactical.

The FAB Defense Rubber Overmolded Ergonomic Foregrip will fit to any firearm that utilizes a picatinny/1913 rail system.
