The FAB Defense Rubberized Pistol Grip for M16/M4/AR-15 does not include any hardware. You will have to re-use your original hardware, or you can purchase the ATI AR-15 Pistol Grip Screw and Star Lock Washer, linked below:

It list the grip as tan, is that fde? I've equipped the gun with all fab accessories in fde but this doesn't list fde.

The FAB Defense Rubberized Pistol Grip (MPN:fx-agr43t) is FDE. Choosing colored accessories from the same manufacturer is the best way to have matching accessories.
