Does adding this to your Glock require a tax stamp?

This is a stock so putting it on a pistol will require a tax stamp. All NFA rules apply with this as it is a collapsible stock.

Will it fit a Glock 34 or Glock 21 4th gen

Per the manufacturer, these are only compatible with Glock GEN 1-3 Standard (full-size) 9mm / .40 models.

Yes as long as it is a Gen 3. This will not work with a Gen 4.

Unfortunately this will not fit the Glock 20, this will only work with 9mm and .40S&W models.
