The grip guard on the SAR and the 7 are shaped slightly differently, preventing compatibility. It will be up to the manufacturer to decide if they want to produce a model for the 7.

Using the Rx Arms X95 Pistol grip, this Bipod will work with the X95 and Tavor 7. They made a grip specifically to accept this Bipod for the X95 and Tavor 7.

fab defense makes a podium bipod for the tavor7,but you have to order another grip mad for the tav® 7 . it is made by another company
