No, the barrels do not come dimpled, but a dimple can be added by a qualified gunsmith.
No, they will not come with a barrel nut because the barrel nut is dependent on the handguard and not the barrel. They will also not include lube for the threads as the only threads on this barrel are the muzzle threads and you should be using anti-seize grease like Aeroshell 33ms for the muzzle and upper receiver threads. You should refer to the installation instructions for the handguard and the muzzle device of your choosing to determine proper installation.
All of the barrels currently listed will use a .750 diameter gas block.
