The compensators have not been tested with .357 SIG. The bore is the correct size, but the higher pressure could erode the compensator ports with extended use. .357 SIG barrels also often have a larger outside diameter which could interfere with mounting. The thread shoulder on your barrel will need to be .575" diameter or smaller for this comp to mount correctly.
This compensator mounts to a threaded barrel. Your pistol will need a threaded barrel to mount this compensator.
No, this compensator is not bored or threaded to work with a .40 S&W chambered pistol.
Yes, this will work on both 1.0 and 2.0 spec M&P Shield pistols.
We would recommend a rifle type muzzle device for the FPC. This pistol compensator will not likely mount securely or correctly to the muzzle of the FPC. Consider a device like this: https://www.opticsplanet.com/faxon-firearms-9mm-a2-flash-hiders.html
The Faxon Firearms EXOS-524 Pistol Compensator for M&P Shield/Shield Plus will work with factory springs. You will need a 1/2x28 threaded barrel for the Shield Plus and Faxon recommends using their barrel.
These compensators are designed for and tested on S&W Shield 9mm pistols. Function or performance on other models of pistol have not been tested and we do not recommend attempting to use them on pistols other than those they were designed for. We do produce other models of compensators for other brands/models of pistols including many models from SIG and Glock.
