Yes, this barrel can fire +P ammunition however this will increase wear on the barrel and other components of the pistol. We do not recommend or warranty the use of +P+ or "Major" loaded ammunition in this barrel.

Yes, our P365 barrels have an LCI notch at the rear of the chamber hood.

This says it’s for the P365 but it says the barrel length is 3.7” - are threaded P365 barrels the same length as the XL?

These Faxon Firearms SIG Sauer P365 Threaded Barrels are designed to fit the P365 model pistol, not the P365XL. The length is 3.76". Threaded barrels for the P365XL are 4.35" in overall length.
