I have a piston driven AR. What us the inner deminsion of the gas tube/piston rod channel?

Faxon Firearms lists the Streamline Gen2 Handguard as having an inner diameter of 1.34", but does not provide the dimensions for the gas tube channel. I would recommend reaching out to them directly for more information.

The Next Level Armament M-Lok Handguard has an internal diameter of 1.4". These handguards will include the barrel nut and mounting hardware.

No, these handguards are designed for AR-15 receivers and will not fit the larger AR-10 pattern receivers.

will this fit on an aero enhanced upper?

These handguards are designed to fit any standard AR-15 upper receiver threads such as the Aero M4E1 and AR-15 uppers. They will not fit the Aero uppers with the proprietary handguard mount (M4E1 Enhanced).

What is the actual length of the”9 inch” model?

All of the aluminum handguards are the exact length that is stated so the 9" model is 9.0 inches in overall length.

The barrel nut for the aluminum handguards has flats designed for a 1.25" crow's foot wrench.
