Is this bolt headspaced for Faxon 6.5 grendel barrels?

No, this is a Type 1 bolt, which is designed to fit a 7.62x39 with a .125" bolt face depth. The 6.5 Grendel bolt is Type 2 SAAMI spec with a .136" bolt face depth.

Is this bolt compatible with a .264 LBC barrel? (.125 headspace)

This bolt is a Type 1 (.125" deep bolt face) designed for 7.62x39. We do not test fit or function with other calibers.

does this come with firing pin

No, this is just for the bolt. You will still need a bolt carrier, firing pin, cam pin and firing pin retaining pin. The bolt is compatible with standard AR-15 firing pins, cam pins, and bolt carriers.

No, the bolt comes with an extractor assembly and ejector assembly installed, but does not come with a cam pin or firing pin. It is compatible with standard AR-15 cam pins and firing pins.
