If its set up for 10mm round ammo it can. If it is not then you can't use this ammo for it.

If you are, you have NO business owning a firearm of any kind. But they will work in your Nerf Gun !!!!!!!!!!!

If you are seriously asking that question, then yes.... buy ONLY 10mm ammunition for your 5.7mm firearm. The world will be much safer that way.
