It is up to the end user to verify that they are in compliance with all relevant NFA regulations, but Firefield does not refer to this as either an "angled" or "vertical" grip to clarify.

Is this considered an AFG ( Angled Fore Grip) and can it legally be installed on a Ruger 8570 (Pistol with Tactical Stabilizing Brace) ??

While this should not be construed as legal advice, the manufacturer's website makes no mention of the word "angled" - personally, I wouldn't risk it, with so many products specifically marketed as "angled".
