Will this work with a sig 516 short stroke gas piston upper 11.5" quad?

The Firefield Verge M-LOK Rail 7in will most likely not work with the Sig 516. I recommend using the handguard at the link below.

can a Strike Industries Oppressor fit in this handguard the ?

Firefield does not provide the internal diameter of their Verge M-LOK Rails. I'd recommend reaching out to them directly for more information. The inside diameter must be greater than 1.55" to fit the Strike Industries Oppressor.
