What is the real refresh rate of this optic? On flirs website it says it is 60Hz. And multiple sites including this one says it is 30Hz.???????????? — 2 Answers

This scope has a 60hz refresh rate (it was recently updated from 30hz by the manufacturer).

I just got mine and it has a 60Hz refresh rate. Says so on the pts233 itself. I spoke with opticsplanet.com customer service before purchasing the pts233 about it. They informed my that their site has some dated information on it and will be corrected on a later date. Basically, Flir had originally stated that the pts233 was going to be 30Hz, even test units shipped with 30Hz. Flir updated the firmware prior to the pts233 release to a whopping 60Hz.

The scope is awesome too by the way!
