It should function with both binary triggers as it is an M16 cut bolt carrier.
I tried this setup with FM Colt bolt and endomags , was not very reliable as in jamamatic, mostly do to cheap made endomag plastic ejectors that is built into the upper mag conversion. Forget running any cheap steel case ammo, almost 100% failure rate. I had only one out of three endomags that would do better than 50% with brass ammo, not good odds! Changed it over to a FM glock mag lower and bam! 100% function, all problems vanished. Glock mag setup is the less costly way to go, no doubt.

The Glock model should work with the Endomag conversion.
That really depends on a lot of factors and is not as simple as one buffer weight/spring is perfect for everyone. There are standard 9mm buffer weights and springs available for mil-spec receiver extensions. Please email us at techsales@opticsplanet.com and we can help you find the appropriate option for you.
No as it is meant specifically for Colt pattern 9mm magazine and Glock pattern 9mm magazines only.
Yes, this should function with the Stern 9mm magazine adapter as well.
