Does this need a traditional buffer system (so buffer tube, spring, & weight)? Or is it bufferless so you could utilize a folding stock/brace with it?

What is the inside width of the handguard? What suppressor size will fit since the handguard is longer?

No, this FM Products FM-9 AR 9mm Forward Charging Upper Receiver w/ Micro Brake is designed to work with 9mm Glock pattern magazines, not Colt magazines.

Does this have to have Glock mags or would it work on a comma banshee lower that accepts p320 mags?

The FM Products FM-9 AR 9mm Forward Charging Upper Receiver would work with the CMMG P320 compatible lower receiver but would also need the CMMG Bolt and barrel combination, linked below:

Yes, the FM Products FM-9 AR 9mm Forward Charging Upper Receiver includes a reversable charging handle that can be swapped to either the right or left side based off the shooter's preference.

My question. Does this upper need a ramp installed to prevent stovepiping. Ive run into this problem on a couple 9mm builds.
