Is this item compatible with the B&T GHM9?

The GMH9 has 1/2x28 threads so this would NOT be compatible as it as 1/2x36 threads.

The FM Products PCC Forward Blast Diffuser is 0.97" wide and 1.5" in length. It will support 9mm and 1/2x36 threads.

The FM Products PCC Forward Blast Diffuser is 0.97" wide and 1.5" in length. It will support 9mm and 1/2x36 threads.

Is this compatible with a Sig MPX PDW?

The Sig MPX PDW is M13.5 x 1mm threads, so initally incompatible, with that in mind I'd recommend you get a M13.5 x 1mm to 1/2x36 adapter to become compatible.
