Is there a recomended gasblock for this rail?

Expert Answer
A
Answered by Jonathan D., Gear Expert, from IL, United States, on June 01, 2018

Any low profile gas block that will accommodate the 1.340" insdide diameter of the handguard will be fine as long as it matches the gas seat diameter of your barrel. It your gas seat is .750" diameter the following Fortis model should work:

The Fortis Manufacturing REV II Free Float Rail System handguards will vary in weight depending on what length model you are asking about. The weight of each model is listed next to the model on the product page. These Fortis Manufacturing REV II Free Float Rail System handguards do not come with a barrel nut, so the overall weight of the handguard and barrel nut will vary depending on what barrel nut you use.
