Can this unit work with steel pins to clean brass, or do you need to use corn cob or crushed walnut shells to clean. Can liquid additive be used also?

The Quick N Ez case tumbler requires corn cob or walunt media. You can also add Brass Polish to help polish, protect and prolong brass life.

How many times can corn media be used for cleaning??

Multiple times. Once you notice it's not cleaning as well, it's then time to switch out media.

How can the cleaning media be used?

Fill the bowl about 2/3 full of cleaning media, add brass and tumble until clean. 30 min to an hour will normally remove all dirt and grease.

This would be an appropriate option, but you just have to be cautious about how much brass you are cleaning. The 110 is standard while the 220 is "international".
