This will not function with a BRN-180S and I am not aware of a binary trigger system that will because of how the firearm functions.

Franklin Armory has not tested the BFSIII with the BRN 180 in any variation. From the specifications given for the BRN 180, the BFSIII trigger should function with it. The BRN 180 manufacturer says the BFSIII does function with the upper receiver.

I have a BRN-180s with the BRN-180 lower that I just completed with Franklin Armory Binary Trigger AR-S1. It runs flawless. I have had zero problems. It will work.

I have it installed on my build with a gen.1 18” BRN-180 upper. It works. Out of 650 rounds in binary mode I had 2 confirmed light strikes. Semi is fine, but I would not consider binary reliable enough to use outside of shooting for fun.

YES...THERE IS AT LEAST ONE KIND OF BINARY/ECHO TRIGGER THAT WILL WORK WITH PRETTY MUCH ANY RIFLE SYSTEM ON THE MARKET AND WILL EVEN WORK PERFECTLY FOR THE BRN-180s TOO!
