Modifying or changing of any of the components of this trigger is not recommended at all.

The answer is yes. I just found out for myself. It is the same trigger as the stock CZ Scorpion trigger and is therefore able to be upgraded to an aftermarket HB Industries trigger. Thank you Armando for not being helpful and allowing me to answer my own question.
