No, the HK-C1 does not include the ejector, you re-use the ejector, ejector spring, and pin from your OEM trigger pack.

The HK-C1 does not come with the ejector, ejector pin, or ejector spring. You may either use the parts from your existing trigger pack or purchase parts separately.

No it does not. I used the ejector kit from Zenith. No failures in over 200 rounds.
